Tehama County Health Services Agency, Substance Use Recovery Center, in collaboration with the Drug and Alcohol Advisory Board, presents the 19th Annual Recovery Happens Event. The celebration will include music, community resource booths and inspirational speakers. This event is free for the entire family, and will take place on Saturday, September 16th, 2023, from 10am until 1pm on the front lawn area of the Tehama County Health Services Agency located at 1850 Walnut Street, Red Bluff, CA.
